I made the weights with a gallon of water and a juice container. I would say it cost almost $4-$5 for buying the water gallon and the juice container. I chose to make the weights with two plastic containers because it was very cheap, and fast to make. I made the weights to do some arm workouts to build some more muscle. You can make it heavier or lighter depending on the amount of water you put in.
